• Shish Tawook Chicken Skewers, 2-3 cloves of minced garlic,1 1/2 T tomato paste, 2 T ketchup, 1/4 C plain yogurt, 1/4 C lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika.

• Tabouleh 1 cup bulgur wheat, 11/2 cups boiling water, 1-2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (to taste), 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp kosher salt (or to taste), 1 cup fresh chopped parsley and/or mint leaves (more or less to taste), 1 tomato (chopped)(optional), freshly ground pepper (to taste)
